        John is founder and Managing Director of All in Property, responsible for ensuring the service the company provides is effective, transparent, and market-leading.

        John founded All in Property in 1997, originally working for a modest number of mortgage lenders through an asset manager. With excellent industry and business knowledge, John’s focus has been client satisfaction and retention and in 2007 he launched the All in Maintenance Division in response to client requirements.

        John has grown the company from a single person outfit to the multifaceted strong team in place today, driving forward service and quality and establishing the ‘All in’ brand as a market leader.

        Julie is responsible for all financial aspects of the business and determines the company’s direction in terms of investments, funding and business development.

        She also manages the accounts department and has introduced new human resources and accounts systems, as well as working with external accountants and business analysts to provide and review information required to make strategic business decisions.

        With a background in sales and marketing, Julie’s previous experience includes time as a sales manager for British Airways and two years working in Jamaica as a client services manager with an American firm, Media Track. She joined All in Property in 2004.

        Operations / SHEQ Manager Amanda became part of the All in Property team in 2007 as an Aftercare Consultant but quickly progressed to the role of Office Manager before being promoted to Operations Manager.

        Amanda has since become qualified to NVQ level 5 in Health and Safety, and also has a PG Diploma in Safety and Risk Management and is currently working towards a MSc in the subject. She is also NEBOSH qualified and holds IOSH membership.

        Amanda implements all policies and procedures and maintains regulatory licenses. This ensures clients receive a professional service with complete transparency.
